In the first half of 2026, domestic fastener manufacturers successfully passed the reliability certification of the Fuxing bogie and vehicle body connection components for French conical anti loosening washers and double layered self-locking washers. The product has undergone multiple rigorous tests including Junker vibration, high and low temperature cycling, and salt spray corrosion, and can withstand long-term pre tensioning force attenuation caused by high-frequency train vibration. With the construction of new high-speed rail lines and the release of maintenance demand for existing vehicles, domestic high-performance anti loosening washers are accelerating the replacement of imported brands, significantly reducing the procurement and operation costs of rail transit projects, and continuously enhancing the independent controllability of the domestic high-end fastener supply chain.
